Wow! I am impressed with this Apple & Cinnamon with Flax Seed Oatmeal! Unfortunately, it is hard to find a dedicated production facility when it comes to oats, as they are usually processed in the same place as wheat.I wrote about the oatmeal cookies some time ago when I was in Norway. After doing a little searching, I found that Glutenfreeda is actually a site dedicated to Celiacs and contains over 3000 recipes online! Where have you been, awesome recipe page!?!
Oh well, you have entered my life, and hopefully others will be enlightened from this as well. I will say that my longing for oatmeal has been satisfied with Miss Glutenfreeda! I couldn't recommend it enough! My tummy is happy :)
If you are around the London, Ontario area, I found this at the Jubilee Kafe which is run by a family who has a couple of children with the Celiac disease.They even put me on the list for gluten-free perogies! Can you believe that!? Check out that place. It's like walking into heaven for us unfortunate gluten-allergic folk.
