Officially a New Home Owner!!!

When you see something you love - and the vibe is perfect, you should just go for it. That is basically what we did the last couple of days. We walked into this house AFTER being wowed by another just before (although that one had some minuses to it (no bathtub in any bathroom, high condo fees, older couples and shared yards).

Then we drove through "Lovely Lambeth" and knew we have found our future home! We have some pictures from the listing here. I was so impressed with the big fenced-in backyard!

We also found the house plan on the Kaizen Homes website, which is ALMOST the same as our house, just mirrored and somewhat altered. We have been loving this company and their great designs and were so happy to come across this beauty with all the extra bells and whistles. I believe it's a mixture of the two floor plans options and you can look at that here.

The inside photos do not do this house justice! I will be visiting the house again some time this week and we will post our own. I am really excited to decorate and get the nursery together!
