MUSE: The Resistance

What can I say but that MUSE have outdone themselves again. I truly love this album, as I have been rocking it on repeat for a couple days. The production is tight and I am loving the vox filters and the deep synths. Not to mention that Freddie-Mercury-(Queen)-styled vocals harmonically haunts throughout the melodies. Maybe he was Matthew Bellamy's muse this time around ;)

My soul is feeling this album and I have a couple of favourites among the great songs on the album (click each song to listen); I play Undisclosed Desires and Exogenesis: Symphony Part 2 (Cross-Pollination) on repeat, while other songs slowly creep into my brain. I hum and sing them subconsciously ...

*singing and finger snaps* "Then she attacks me like a Leo ... when my heart is split like Rio" -
(I Belong To You) ;)

This album is definately worth the buy, to keep in your album collection for years to come, as it's a timeless masterpiece!
