I am in love with the Swedes. Not only do they offer the hot Skarsgaard family (Alexander and his brother from the movie Garden State), they offer the best gluten-free treats. The latest and greatest addition to the list of goodies, is brought to you by
Almondy!

This almond crust wonderfully mimics a real rich crust. I purchased the one with Norwegian Freia chocolate, but they have so many choices! They also seem to tailor their products to each country - with local toppings.
You can check out the
UK site and see for yourselves! My taste buds are quite ecstatic! I definitely approve and I tell all you lovely gluten-free folk and non gluten-free alike; you'll all enjoy this treat!

Hey Kate! I must go on a hunt for that in Canada with you as I don't know right off the top of my head right now, but I see that "grain-free" wrote about Almond flour for baking, so we could get some from JK Gourmet and have a fiesta! Woot!
Thanks for the tip!
