Gluten-Free: Regal Brownies!

So I struck gold at the local "Coop Mega" store here in Stavanger yesterday. I have been on a quest for quite some time to find gluten-free brownies, as it seems to be so easy in Canada. Well, I found this "Regal" brand which is pretty darn tasty!

I will be making a lot of these and adding it to my winter comfort/homesick food list. ;) They don't even taste gluten-free, they are just that scrumchious! Which is a scary thought...

Just add some oil and water and mix it for a good 5 minutes. Cook in a 175° c heated oven for 30 minutes, then let cool and become the most popular brownie nose-r person at the party!

But when you serve them, make sure that you flash the exact same expression as this fine lady does on the right ;)
